This seems like an easy fix, but one thing that bugs the hell out of me with the pose manager plugin is that it sets a keyframe on the second frame of the clip. It's so annoying because it seems unneccessary. A pose should just be one keyframe on a one keyframe clip. Every time you edit a pose after using the pose manager you always have to either delete a key or a slide a key because of this.

I also use the pose manager so often, I don't know why you just don't integrate the plugin as an integrated feature.
