Unable to reinstall Smart Gallery in iClone 7.93
I am the only Administrator of my Desk Top PC. My problem is related to iClone 7.93.
Recently I had to unistall and re-install the program. I used last version of Reallusion Hub that apparently is correctly working. In Character Creator 3.44 Smart Gallery is present but it seems not to work properly. I spent a lot of time to understand the problems. Some time ago I have tried iClone 8, then afterward has been un-stalled due to the hi price I cannot afford at the moment. In my Pc is also regularly installed CC 4, that unfortunately is not compatible with iClone 7.93. I am just an amateur. Pls help me in solving the Smart Gallery problem.

Many thanks Lilian. 
1 -Following your directions, I solved the problem. However, I must point out that in the meantime rummaging through my Desk Top I discovered that I had a backup file of the SMART GALLERY Package. So I installed SMART GALLERY the old-fashioned way without using Reallusion Hub.
2- However, there is still a problem regarding the complete re-installation of the Popcorn package: base + Popcorn FX Super Tools that I bought long ago for iClone 7.93. I was able to install Basic Popcorn. If I open PopcornFX Super Tools, it tells me to buy or try. (See Photos). 
I ask: why should I buy a new package (already purchased) of PopcornFX Super Tools that is only good for iClone 8?

A few minutes ago I uninstalled icon 7.93. For uninstallaral I had to use the Windows application as in Reallusion Hub it was not possible. He told me that the existing installation had not been done correctly. So I used the Windows uninstall. I then reinstalled icone 7.93 with Reallusion Hub. He was unable to install Smart Gallery- See photo.
