I am reaching out to you regarding a persistent issue I am encountering with AccuRIG. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to upload any of my actor models to Actorcore. Each time I attempt to do so, I receive the following error message: "Error Occurred while uploading character to Actorcore."
I have taken several troubleshooting steps, including uninstalling and reinstalling AccuRIG in an attempt to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, the problem persists. I have tried different models, yet the same error occurs consistently.
As this impedes my workflow significantly, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. If there are any specific troubleshooting steps or updates that I should be aware of, please advise accordingly.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.
