Hello. Before answering I wanted to carry out a series of tests. I created a new program with UE4 as recommended by you and I must say that the problem does not occur 8 out of 10. Unfortunately there are two out of 10 that made me think. Normally it becomes more evident when I start using the character by inserting him into a Blueprint Class, or I retarget an animation to him. To be careful, I reinstalled the CC2 version and created the exact same character with the same clothes and the same decals on the shirt. I can easily load this last character created with CC2 on my UE4 program and connect it within Blueprint Class and it absolutely does not create any problems. This confirms that the CC3 + version has problems, compared to the previous one which does not. This is the error that UE4 presents: Assertion failed: AllocationId >= 0 && AllocationId <= 255 [File:D:/Build/++UE4+Licensee/Sync/Engine/Source/Runtime/Engine/Private/Materials/MaterialInterface.cpp] [Line: 611] I look forward to your reply. Thanks for now.
Hi emypippo, I can import your fbx to Unreal successfully, please reference to attached image. Could you recreate a Unreal Project and copy the Auto Setup into project folder, and try to import once again to see if the issue exist? Thanks for your help! Calvin Reallusion.
Hope I got the correct FBX. Unfortunately, being sure of the FBX requires you to insert it within the Unreal Engine program and this would result in the loss of all the work done with the consequence of a day's work to recover it. Let me know. The link is: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wF08o6kPpk4-bUlGeNDczqy0Sdwc6wap/view?usp=sharing
Hi emypippo, Thanks for your feedback! Could you send your FBX for us? You can upload to cloud service such as Google Drive and attach the download link in your next comment. Thanks for your help! Calvin Reallusion.
