Hello, One of my buyers reached out and said they wanted me to add a trial avalible for some of my content. I make sure everything has "trial" checked and also looked at the content on it does show "trial" checked as well, however, the trial option is not showing up?? See attached screen shots. Some items work just fine but others do not.

Sorry for the delay response.
We tried to activate "trial" for the contents you reported, and it worked. The dev team also checked our backend system but couldn't find any problems.
The reported contents should be available for trial now, but we haven't found the root cause yet.
So if you encounter this issue again please report it here, with the item type and name. We will check it right away.
