Three (3) Problems with Legacy Particle Emitters and the Life parameters (Min and Max.)
Please note that I have three (3) problems related to Legacy Particle Emitters and the Life parameters (Min and Max.)

1) Documentation: iClone v8 Legacy Particle Life parameters (Min and Max) are now set in Seconds in the application, but the online documentation still shows them as Frames. The documentation needs to be updated to reflect the correct settings.

2) Display: If I load a Legacy Particle Emitter into iClone v8 and it has a Life setting that is less than 1.000 second (either Min, Max or both), it displays as zero (specifically 0.000) - please see attached screen shot. Note: the emitter still works OK if you DO NOT alter the setting.

3) Alteration: If I alter the Legacy Particle Life Max parameter to anything below 1.000 second (i.e.: 0.999 or less), the emitter NO LONGER generates particles. This is the BIGGEST and most IMPORTANT problem of the three I am reporting.

RL could save alot of trouble and time by fixing bugs first, then go on developing.Just scoll back a few years, so many issues have never been fixed.

Wondering if this is ever going to get addressed.  I reported this as a bug initially (back in July 2023!), was told it was fixed and going to be released, then apparently it was lost.  LOST?!  Instead of finding the fix, I was told to report it here in the Feedback tracker, where it has seen NO love.

Very frustrating, to say the least.  And very bad business.  Not impressed, considering it WAS fixed, so the solution is out there, somewhere.
