Issue 5451
There is no grid in Orthogonal mode in face and profile.
I do as written in the documentation:
http://manual.reallusion.com/3DXchange_7/ENU/Default.htm#3DXchange_7/Pipeline_7.0/04_Modify_Page/Character_Section/Manually_Setting_T_Pose.htm

Make sure the grid is On (Shortcut: Ctrl + G).
Go to the View >> Camera Projection menu and select the Orthogonal command to change the camera view to Orthogonal mode (Shortcut: Ctrl + Q).

Note
You may optionally adjust the density of the grid lines via the Preference panel (Shortcut: Ctrl + P).

Press the F or A, S keys to switch the camera to a front or side views of the character. The front view is suitable for adjusting the hands, and the side views are useful for modifying the head, spines and legs.

When will the grid appear in the software? And not just drawn in the help?
Or do you suggest using something like: floaty-0.1.zip ImageOverlayUtility-0.7.8.3.zip?

Hi dogged2003,

It is right in picture Clipbopard01.The grid in 3DXchange help is painted by editing software, only for user to understand better.

There are no grids, which are indicated in the examples of documentation.
I gave a link to the documentation, and a picture of what's in my program.

I indicated this in response to your post.

I will post both pictures here (my and from doc http://manual.reallusion.com/3DXchange_7/ENU/Default.htm#3DXchange_7/Pipeline_7.0/04_Modify_Page/Character_Section/Manually_Setting_T_Pose.htm ):
