The viseme track becomes corrupted
1 Corruption of the viseme track occurs under these circumstances:

A Using the Lips Editor to make a change.

B Adding a new key on the viseme track.

C Deleting a key on the viseme track.

D Closing a project, then reopening it.

Doing any of the above actions causes a jumbled mess on the viseme track: almost every key ends up in a different position.

2 Sometimes when I double tap a key, the Lips Editor does not appear.

These problems are consistent with every project I create.

i updated Windows to the latest version. I also tried shutting down my Dell laptop and restarting.

- The complete TTS text content
- The character you used (saved as an iProject or iAvatar file)
- Whether there is a custom dictionary file in "Preferences > Dictionary"
- A desktop recording of your complete workflow
