The scene manager icon settings are not saved

The scene manager icon settings are not saved when the project is saved. So they will become active again on the next load, resulting in unnecessary mouse clicks.

OS: Windows 10

Hi Freddymusic,

This is not a bug,but is the specification.If saved,when you reload project,you might foget that you have unshown these content and think objects have gone.
