Issue 2305
The program run is crashes after the starting
I have Win7 32bit, and received this message when I tried starting the program:

"Crazy Talk Animator 3 has stopped running
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

I tried reinstall.
I tried run as administrator.
I tried run as compatibility mode windows 7, Win XP (Service Pack 2), Win XP (Service Pack 3) ...

The program not starting.
OS: Windows 7

Please update your display driver first, and run CrazyTalk Animator 3 again, see if this issue can be solved?

If not, please provide your DxDiag file and the CrazyTalk Animator 3 crash dump file for further checking?

To get the DxDiag file:
1. Select the "Start" menu, click "run" or press <Win Key> + <R>.
2. Input "dxdiag" & click "ok".
3. It will check your system for a while, after finish, click "save all information".
4. Save "DxDiag.txt".

To get the CrazyTalk Animator 3 crash dump file:
Go to "C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\Temp\Reallusion" folder, and find a file with the name started with "CTA" and the file extension is ".dmp".
For example: "CTAv3.0-[Nov 9 2016]-20161110-105718-4864-724.dmp"
There should be only one CTA dump file, if you found more than one, please get the latest file.

You can use cloud services such as Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and email the link with "FT2305" in the email title to feedbacktrackeradmin@reallusion.com.
