STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch CrazyTalk 8
2. Apply a random actor (e.g. Reggie)
3. Apply a random hair content (e.g. Bob.ctiHair)
4. Click "Play|Pause" button on Playbar

ACTUAL RESULT
The hair on forehead of the actor didn't display completely for 3 seconds when playing around Frame 600

EXPECTED RESULT
The hair can be displayed correctly
