STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch iClone 6
2. Apply G5 character - Chuck
3. Go to Modify > Animation, select "Edit Motion Layer"/"Reach Target"
4. Switch to Camera tool in Toolbar
5. On Viewport, select a random effector for the character

ACTUAL RESULT
Can't pink bones directly

EXPECTED RESULT
It can pick bones directly on both Edit Motion Layer and Reach Target panel
