Substance texture on the object in ic7.3.2205.1 is not visible.

Substance material on the object in ic7.3.2205.1 is not visible.
only when I press button substacce texture baking. then the texture can be seen on the object
I tried this on 2 different PC, no success

I can't reproduce this issue. Any substance that I apply to an item in iClone 7 is visible once applied - see the attached screen shot.
