When we applied the diffuse map onto a surface, and if the surface is larger than the map, stretching occurred. This can be corrected to certain extent by the tiling function in UV setting. However, when the surface is really very large, defects could be found. In Sketchup, there is a function called Paint Bucket that can FILL the surface with the texture with just one click and no distortion! This would be very useful and time saving.
