Unfortunately I don't have the original project anymore. But I fixed the problem by reducing the blur amount and using different values. Just consider that if the blur is pushed too much with toonshader active the camera adds that grid shown in the screenshot. Unfortunately I can't help you more than this, but maybe you can test it based on this information. Thank you!
