Issue 6696
Spring Joints Python causing iClone to create Crash Dump files on exit
IMPORTANT:
Before testing this the PopcornFX_Sequencer folder must be deleted from C:\Program Files\Reallusion\iClone 7\Bin64\OpenPlugin

See this issue report for details:
https://www.reallusion.com/FeedBackTracker/Issue/PopcornFX-Sequencer-causing-iClone-to-create-Crash-Dump-files-on-exit

As the title says, the python plugin for Spring Joints is causing iClone to create Crash Dump files on exit.

How to reproduce:
1. Open iClone with just the empty default project.
2. Wait for about 1 or 2 mins. and then exit iClone.
3. Observe the Windows spinning blue circle until it disappears.
4. In Windows Explorer navigate to "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\CrashDumps" to view the newly created Crash Dump file.

For reference here is a download link to a zip file containing not only the Crash Dump file, but also a 2 Log files, one created with the plugin loaded and the other created after the plugin had been deleted:

The only way to resolve this issue at present is to delete the Spring_Joints folder from C:\Program Files\Reallusion\iClone 7\Bin64\OpenPlugin

I just downloaded the plugin today and haven't installed it yet but I looked for crash dumps at the location provide above, and I have 3 crash dump files. One from the 4th of this month and 2 from the 6th and they are all around 304,000 KB. I did some searches for an iavatar today and my system said not responding but recovered and IClone did not actually crash.
