Spotlight shadow on Speedtrees not working correctly
In order to see a shadow cast from a object/subject lit by a Spotlight onto the surface of a Speedtree one has to select 'Receive Shadow" for the shadow to be seen even if "All Shadows" was selected. The Speedtree then does not "Cast" a shadow, it will then only receive a shadow it cannot Cast & Receive at the same time. If "All Shadows" is selected the tree is dark and not properly lit from a Spotlight. The Directional light works as expected.
Hi mark,
We can reproduce this issue, and I'll transfer it to the RD department.
Your help is highly appreciated.

Here is an image that shows how a Speed Tree reacts to a Spotlight. To have a shadow from an object lit by a Spotlight on the surface of a Speed Tree one must turn "Receive Shadow" for the Speed Tree. If "All Shadows" is on for the Speed Tree the tree is not lit properly by a Spotlight and no shadow is received on the surface of the Speed Tree from an object.
Once again a Directional light work properly to light a Speed Tree and display shadows from objects correctly.
