Something weird is going on in my 3DXChange
Hello dear colleagues of Reallusion:
As I mentioned in the subject, there are times when I can load 3DS files, and 3DXChange opens them perfectly! In fact, I consider the quality much better than FBX! However, there are times when I get this message:

Import File Error!
3DXChange may not support this data format.

What gives? Does it, or does it not support 3DS? Or does the 3DS file need to include certain "things" for it to be compatible?

Not having spent too much time with 3D models, I can really use your help.

Can you provide your 3DS file to us?If the file size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment. You can use Private Comment if you want to keep it private.
