Issue 2229
Some sub window editors not appearing - or possibly not appearing in front of the main application window.
For some sub window editors, such as the Create Head sub editor window in the character composer, selecting this option does not bring up the window. Instead it appears as if nothing has happened but if you try to do anything you'll hear the 'bell' sound that indicates a sub editor window is open and needs to be closed before you can access the main window.

Most times pressing the Esc key will close down whatever sub editor you selected and return you to the main application.

What I think is happening is the sub editor is being launched but it is either launched behind the main program window (where it can't be seen) or is being launched outside of my screen area (I have multiple displays so that may be an issue).

It doesn't happen with every sub window but it does happen with quite a few.

The same issue also occurs when I open CTA3 and get the Register/Sign Up splash screen. If I click the Sign Up button nothing will appear to happen but the program will not let me do anything until I hit the 'Enter' key then I get an error message saying 'Failed to login. Wrong E-mail or Password. Please try again'. At which time I'm stuck in a loop of hitting Enter until I use the task manager to shut down CTA3 and restart - making sure I answer no to the sign up option.

Any help would be appreciated. Note that I have updated to the most recent patch as of Apr 30th 2017.

Thank you. That fix worked a treat.

Thank you for your feedback.

We do find some dialogs will not position it's self to follow the main application in multiple monitors environment.
But for now, you can delete the registry entry for dialog positions to bring them back to the default position.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Reallusion\CrazyTalk Animator\3.0\DlgPos

Please DO NOT try this operation if you do not familiar with the regedit.exe. Get a friend who familiar with the registry operation to help you if necessary.
