Smooth Mesh Suggestion
Hi this is a minor thing but still worth the mention. When I work on custom assets in CC3 and want to Smooth the mesh by subdivision it automatically starts with Tessellation. This takes a serious amount of computing time on more complex meshes and usually you want to use the Subdivision option in that case which is almost instant. So I would suggest turning the default in to subdivision mode.

Found a workaround through the Scene Manager. But still little effort to fix it in the Modify panel.

Really mandatory this change. It is ridiculous it the options are not the other way around. It is killing your resources.
