Hi staron Sorry for late reply, we've released latest Smart Gallery v1.2, please update the program and check if it work! Please feel free to open another post if you have any problem! Thank you Tina
Reinstalled again, and the first time CC3 opens it crashes without an error message. Windows Event Logger has this though: Faulting application name: CharacterCreator.exe, version: 3.40.3923.1, time stamp: 0x6059dc38 Faulting module name: CCContentManager2.dll, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x60522c05 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x000000000013e1c3 Faulting process id: 0x49d8 Faulting application start time: 0x01d72baec9e1b07e Faulting application path: E:\Program Files\Reallusion\Character Creator 3\Bin64\CharacterCreator.exe Faulting module path: E:\Program Files\Reallusion\Character Creator 3\Bin64\Plugin\CCContentManager2.dll Report Id: 9c07c3db-47f1-4caf-9e06-d08e88b6e174 Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID: On the second startup the usual error message pops up, but there's no event log. Hope this helps.
Thanks for your suggestion. I'm only using one monitor, so sadly that is not the issue. Kind regards, Ronny
Hi staron Thanks for your feedback! This issue seems to happen in some environment and we're trying to fix it. Here's workaround if you're using multiple monitors, please try this: 1. Disable the extended monitor. (ref: https://itstillworks.com/switch-dual-monitor-single-1209.html) 2. Open CC/ IC, crashes may not happen with only one monitor (if crashes still happen, please let us know) 3. Close CC/ IC to make application locate on the major monitor. 4. Enable the extended monitor back 5. Open program again, check if crashes happen or not. * Do not use dock/ undock function on Smart Gallery If it not work, please feel free to contact us Thank you Tina
