This problem occurs after a crash of iClone (version 8.12).

When I relaunch iClone, I get the error message shown in smart_gallery_error.png, stating:

"[CM 2] Smart Gallery not support multiple same programs to use at the the same time."

Apart from the fact that message is hardly clear, the issue is that after launching there is no Content Manager available, so no access to content.

The Content Manager still opens in Character Creator, so it is functional. After launching CC the first time this happened, I was able to open it again in iClone, but that has worked only once.

The error message seems to imply that there is already an instance of iClone running on the PC but that is not even possible.

Desired behavior: Smart Content Manager opens normally when relaunching iClone after a crash.
