Sluggish, Freezes, Won't close properly
I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times per Reallusion without change. I typically have to force the app to close due to it not responding. When attempting to reopen the app, I get a message "(icMotionDirector)Plugin Initialize Failed". The app tends to run in suspended status and I don't know why. To get around these issues I have to shut down, unplug, and reboot. My PC: RTX 4090 graphics card, 64 core threadripper cpu, 64gb ram, windows 11. See image. Please help, thank you.

Hello, thank you for your response. Before we proceed further in resolving your issue, we would like to confirm a few settings with you:

1. Do you have a .dmp file that you can share with us for reference?
You can find it at:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\CrashDumps
2. When launching iClone, does the Content Manager show a loading progress bar?
3. Are you currently unable to launch the iClone software at all?

We sincerely apologize, as we are currently unable to replicate the issue in our environment. If possible, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share a screen recording of your full operation. This would help us better understand and identify the problem more efficiently.
