Issue 695
Show the reticle visible as soon as the puppet panel is opened.
Currently when we open the facial puppet or direct puppet, the reticle does not display until we push record and then the space-bar. If the mouse is not currently centered in the frame (where the reticle shows up) it causes the face or body to instantly be moved in the direction the mouse pointer is. This usually results in a very extreme and un-wanted motion.

If the reticle could be displayed as soon as the panel opens, we could set the mouse cursor right on it. That way we would know the mouse is centered before recording starts.

See the attached picture.

I have an update on this.

The problem with the mouse pointer not being centered when the tool is used is only when the "Confine face puppet area to 3D viewport" is checked in the preferences. If un-checked so that the entire screen is used, it automatically centers the cursor when the tool is used.
