Issue 9062
Shot down after starting rigging
Hi
I downloaded the software.
I uploded the file - no issue
BUT when I start body rig, it starts and within a second the program shot itself, escapes and close. No error code.
What should I do?
My PC:
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
AMD Ryzen 3 1200 Quad-core processor, 8GB RAM
OS: Windows 10

Hello,

Please help to check if the sample model is normal? If normal, you can provide your model to us for testing.

Also, once AP crashes, try to find the dump file below
Step 1: Press the Win+R key
Step 2: Paste "%localappdata%\Reallusion\ActorCore AccuRIG\reports"

You will get a crash dump, please send it to us. Thank you.
