Settings >Temp folder
Having used cakewalk pro audio for a long time, I have found that using a separate HDD for the data folder
considerably speeds up performance.

Unfortunately using the temp folder on another HDD with iclone considerably slows down the performance.

I am not sure if this is iclone problem or my pc.

maybe a program developer could look in to this problem.

I would not call this a bug.

I and others have had their iClone temp folder on another drive without problems. It should not be an external USB drive, because those are often too slow. As of version 6, iClone writes restore data to the temp folder, so there will be frequent disk activity.
