Saves not working - Save as and General Save
I've just spent HOURS working on an urgent project for work and lost the lot as it hasn't saved anything since 11.16 pm - Now 2.30 am. I was saving regularly, and clicking "save as..." to replace the original and even again when going to close the project as it pops up regardless if it's saved or not. I'm a religious saver due to my years of using adobe and I cannot believe this has happened after being so cautious!

I've got a video here to show what is happening. The save asterisks never goes away after saving either but as I have only been trialling the software I was unsure if that was just a normal feature... obviously, I know it's not now.

If I change the name while 'saving as' it will crash the whole program and give this warning.

Did it happen in all projects or some project?If only in some,please provide you project to us and tell us your setps.If all projects,please provide system information file to help us identify the problem.If the file size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment.
