Save Custom Assets
No matter the character or asset i;m not able to save a custom asset. In the past i had no problem with this as i already got a few hair assets saved in the custom tab. But im trying to save a new one and no matter what section in the content tab im in i cant save a custom asset. Help please

Hey ive searched my whole computer and my external hard drive that location you giving me to send to you guys are non existent i dont even have a reallusion folder on my computer just a character creator 3 one and its not located in there.

Please download the ContentManager_Log.zip file with the link below.

Follow the step to get the Log file :
1. Unzip ContentManager_Log.zip, you will get three files ( ACContentManager.dll, EnableLog.reg, DisableLog.reg )
2. Copy and Paste ACContentManager.dll to following path and replace same file in folder.
( C:\Program Files\Reallusion\Character Creator 3\Bin64\Plugin ) ← This is default AP installation path.
3. Double click on EnableLog.reg and agree to run it.
4. Launch Character Creator v3.04.
5. Switch to Content Manager tab.
6. Click "+" button even is disable or not.
7. Close AP.
8. Check the following path and get the Log file.
( C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Reallusion )
9. Send this Log file to us, you can attach it in your next comment, and set as private comment if you want.
10. Double click on DisableLog.reg and agree to run it. ← This will turn off the Log Tracking when launch AP.
