STR:
- open an iclone 8 project with a non-standard humanoid rig
- add any iMotion to the timeline
- right click the Motion row of the timeline
- select Sample Motion Clip to New Layer > Sample Selected Parts
- check the box for RFinger or LFinger and uncheck all other part boxes
- click Sample

Result: keys are sampled for every motion layer row
Expected Result: keys are sampled for only the layer corresponding to the selected part checkbox.
