Request OCTANE 4 in Iclone
Request OCTANE 4 , plugin, in Iclone. ..........RL just has to approve........ Coders do all the work and all updates............. I have Octane in other apps. Way better than Iray. Super popular in 3d now. 20 applications have Octane now................ Why is RL falling behind.?? Prospective new buyers will want to know what Renderer is
in iclone. They will be relived to know they can use Iclone, and get same Pro rendering with Octane, they experience in Houdini, Maya, After effects, etc. [ And better than FREE Blender Eevee...].. Of course even Unity is now getting Octane.......................I know approved Coders to contact., if needed. thanks

Please introduce an Octane Render Plugin (Free/Paid) for iClone 7 and Character Creator 3. I have used it in DAZ Studio and gives an Excellent and Better output than Nvidia Iray. 

I don't know why you are dilly dallying with the idea of introduction of Octane Render plugin for iClone and CC3

This sounds good to me, I use Octane as well and it does make sense to provide support for this. While Iray is maybe more suited to the hobbyist, other pro renders can relieve iClone/CC3 of many hardships and the Pro customers can see & create content to use in other high end animation suites or stay with iClone for small projects until Proxy/caching is added then iClone will incrementally become more of a home for pro users.

In addition to the information already provided, I would like to add that iClone could benefit from Octane's new real-time PBR engine, called Brigade. I believe Brigade plugins are already being developed for Unity3D and Unreal game engines, and it would be the perfect complement for iClone. For the record, Octane is the fastest rendering engine I know of, and Brigade now brings it to real-time PBR.
1
