Hi, Have you tried the windows 10 + NVIDIA GPU (GTX 9xx series and above) combo ? I haven't encounter a case in which it didn't work ? If you aren't sure what GPU is installed, in win 10, you can open task manager (hotkey: ctrl + shift + esc) and click on the 'performance' tab, then click on GPU 0, the name of the GPU will be on the upper right corner Thanks
Hi, I have tried all your suggestions to no avail. Using Alpha Threshold is not a solution as it destroys the essence of the quality of DAZ hair. It changes it from hair to spaghetti strands. Regards
Hi sales, Could you try to shrink iClone's viewport as small as possible, and uncheck the 'Optimize with Full Screen Render' option in the Render section, and then render the image again ? Is the result ok ? If it is still not ok, do you have a PC with windows 10 to try ? iClone has a fix for this in windows 10 + NVIDIA (GTX 9xx series and above) or Intel GPU If you don't have it to try, one workaround is to check the 'Alpha Threshold' checkbox under material section and adjust the slider value (may be start with 10), but this sacrifices the transparent visual quality
