Hi Averell, Thank you for contacting Reallusion. I assume you are asking about how to upgrade your trial version to a full version the you just purchased. Please ref to the following link in our FAQ: https://kb.reallusion.com/General/52653/How-can-I-active-products-from-the-trial-to-the-full-version-that-I-just-purchased-from-the-Reallusion-Hub First make sure your Reallusion Hub was logged in with the account that purchased the software. Then you should be able to find "Active Product" in the drop down menu. By selecting the "Active Product", the hub will guide you to uninstall trial version, and then download and install the full version.
