The paid content downloads inside the software "Contentmanager", not the hub.

I have the same problem. HUB does not recognize my buyings, installing it individual produces the same error, although I installed CTA5 already! Expensive software, but not working! Annoying ...

Hi. Did you solve this, To install the Reallusion Content list (.rlcontent)?
I have the same problem but find no solution from the forum or support.
I tried to reinstall the CTA 4 and 5 and that works, I tried the same with Downloader but it says I already have a newer version installed and I can't find it to uninstall manually and then reinstall.
Also, the HUB doesn't install the content I paid for.
Let me know if you solved this.
