Issue 11084
Reach target functionality broken after updating scene's character instance via Content Browser.
1. Add a CC3 character to an iClone scene.
2. Define a reach target on the character where the target for the right hand is a sphere.
3. Test that the reach target works correctly (e.g., hand moves as the sphere moves).
4. Make a small modification (e.g., nose width change) to the character model in Character Creator 4 and save the model to the Content Browser.
5. Go back to iClone and drag the model from the Content Browser onto the character in the scene. The character in the scene is updated (e.g., the nose width has changed).
6. PROBLEM: The character's reach target is broken. The hand is twisted in an unnatural position. The reach target can not be adjusted (via rotation or translation gizmos). It is also not possible to re-create a new reach target from scratch without running into the same problem. It's as if the underlying model was broken by dragging and dropping the new version of the model from the Content Browser.

In addition, all expression keyframes are lost when adjust character in CC and send back to IC.
Losing those keyframes is a horror when you want to adjust afterwards.
Not sure if this is technically possible but I really hope there is a way to keep
ALL Viseme + Look at + Reach keyframes if we do adjustments to our character in CC...
I mean we don't want to replace with a totally different character, it remains the same character.
