Issue 11161
Reach offset keys are immutable other than adjusting the offset.
If I change the reach offset it makes a new key. Once I have made a new key, I cannot move it, it simply returns to its origin position, I can't delete it, nothing happens. I can only adjust the reach offset again at the point. Does not matter if I remove the reach target, those keys stay. Super annoying if you make any that you don't want and then have to work around them.
