Hello, thanks fro the feedback and congratulations for finding the root cause. yes, it would be nice if you could send me back the prop. Kind regards Roberto
Hi, Roberto, We found that this prop was made during a development cycle of iClone, probably a beta version. the prop itself contains incorrect data, so that it can't be deleted. After we fixed the data in the prop, it can be delete now. If you need this prop, I can send it back to you. A normal prop come with a released version of iClone should be deletable. Reallusion
Hi, honestly I do not remember how did I ended up with this project with a prop that can't be deleted: it was long time ago. Nevertheless, whatever the way I arrived to this point, I think it should be always possible to be deleted and a debugging of the code should reveal why this is not possible so that it can be fixed. Regards Roberto
Hi, Roberto, Also please let us know the version number of iClone that was used to create the original project that contain this prop. Reallusion
Hi, Roberto, A normal prop in iClone 7 should contain two types of physics control, One is the PhysicsBody for the physics engine used in iClone 6, another one is PhysXBody for the new PhysX engine used in iClone 7. We found that the PhysicsBody control was missing in your prop, our team needs to know how this project was created. Could you provide the steps about how did you create this prop, or this project? or maybe the original project that contain this prop? Best regards, Reallusion
