Poor FPS WITHOUT animation
Hi we work since a year on a project. Now after update to 7.9 and 7.91 the fps is very poor.
So in my scenes i get an FPS of 2-3 the display updates not smoothly it updates in intervalls (see yellow arcs) and this is now a showstopper for our production.

First we thought we have too much props and charaters but we recognized also on old scenes the fps is now the same behaviour without changing anything.

We didn't update display driver RTX 2080ti, of course we thought maybe it's the solution o update we did and we also disabled Windows Defender but work is not possible.

So we startet investigating with your plane scene put 3 characters on it without any animation and the fps goes down if there is more than one character.

How to reproduce:
1 character no animation: 60fps
2 or 3 character no animation 39-41fps

We deactivated all things which consumes cpu/gpu no physics, no ambientocclusion and these things

hi molly, i fixed it, it was a problem with nvidia driver: bertical sync. it was at: let the software decide. but it seems that the software cant work with this setting.

When I load several characters, FPS of iClone7.83 and iClone7.91 is almost the same.Can you  provide your project to us?
