Pixelated/Blurry Content Preview
Hello,

I just started noticing that some of the preview thumbnails in the content section are blurry. This occurs on the opening page as soon as the software starts. Both the thumbnail of the folder image and the thumbnail of the items inside. In the images I've included your can see that the folders and images on the left are pixelated . I've restarted several times and the software is updated. I've also refreshed within the content section. I know this is very minor but it is somewhat distracting and annoying. I really like your product and hope to dive more into it 2025.

First & foremost, please confirm whether you've updated your graphic card driver:

Please update your graphic card drivers to the latest version at below driver download sites respectively: -

Nvidia: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us
AMD: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
Intel: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/

If the problem still persists, we provide a tool to collect your system information as a file. After the file "RL_FBT_UserSystemInfo_Windows.zip" is generated, just provide it to us to check (for the PC user), check the process below: -
