Pirate Lady PBR can be exported as .obj with all textures
As there isn't an export license available for the Pirate Lady PBR; FBX export does not allow it however OBJ does.
Steps:
1) Load up Pirate Lady PBR content in CC 2.0
2) File > Export > OBJ
3) mesh and textures extracted. A mix of PNG and JPG files
