Photoshop Editor Fails to Work
1. I Set Photoshop to be my external editor.
2. I closed and then reopened iClone.
3. I selected a "Base Color" map on a prop to edit and selected to edit it in the external editor.
4. Adobe did not recognize me and I had to sign into Adobe and cancel one of my two known computers.
5. I signed in. I canceled the local computer as I was signing into the local computer.
6. Photoshop opened but then I got one of those errors where a box comes up and says there was a bad error and then Photoshop closed.
7. I closed iClone and reopened it again.
8. I followed the same steps to open a "Base Color" map in the external editor.
9. Photoshop does not respond at all now.

So I know I can go outside of iclone to edit the maps and I will for now but if I'm committing a user error and the external editor should work then please tell me how. Otherwise, this seems to be a bug.

Hi again.

1. I downloaded the registry file and ran it.

2. I opened IC and set Photoshop as the editor.

3. I created a primitive cube and placed a texture on it.

4. I launched photoshop from the texture tab, texture settings for the Base Color

5. Photoshop launched and required that I sign in again.

6. Photoshop required me to release one of my sign-ins (one of which was the sign-in for the computer I am using)

7. I released the sign-in for this computer.

8. Photoshop opened up and immediately froze.

9. I restarted the computer.

10. IC and created a primitive cube and assigned it a texture.

11.  I launched photoshop from the texture tab, texture settings for the  Base Color.

12. Photoshop launched but gave me a message that my subscription couldn't be verified.

13. I exited photoshop.

14. I started photoshop from the taskbar at the bottom of my screen.

15. Photoshop again asked me to verify my subscription and I put in the email and password.

16. Photoshop asked me to sign out of my current computer.

17. I did and it started fine. (outside of IC.)

I put some screen shots that show some of those steps. They are numbers 3 through 7 in the order that the events happened. (1 and 2 were in the last message from last time.)  It's still not working. Thanks.

I can launch picture to Photoshop.Can you capture a screen video about this issue, put it on the YouTube, and add the link in your next comment?
