STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch iClone 6
2. Apply embed particle Rain
3. Open Timeline > Rain > Omit
4. Move the key in Frame 1 to Frame 50
5. Click “Stop” on Playbar
6. Navigate to Modify > Edit > Emit Settings

ACTUAL RESULT
A Physical button has to be generated on the Timeline that does NOT coincide with the panel button. User have to choose ON then OFF to make the particle desist in the beginning

EXPECTED RESULT
No emit effect from Frame 1 to 50 after moving the key

NOTE
Same behavior as Constraint, Link, Path, Spring
