PNG Sequense with transparency creates artifacts

I can't export usable png sequense with transparency when i have glow enabled. It creates artifacts. You can see them when you play the sequence. They look like big squares semi transparent.

OS: Windows 10

I dont have that file anymore
I had the toon shader enabled if that helps to identify the problem

yes i tried that too.  with the best render settings in general.
it happened to me before again but i didnt post the issure back then.

There is a render setting called "Include Glow Effect in Alpha". Did you try that?
