PBR in the viewport

I keep getting this every now and then. When I load up I get a plain white screen in the viewport. When this happens it also will not load anything, project, resource, hdri, nothing.

Then it crashes.

OS: Windows 10

Please provide your dxdiag file for further checking.
a) Type "dxdiag.exe" in the Search box and click "dxdiag.exe run command" from the search list.
b) It will then check your system for a while, after finishing, click "save all information"
c) Save "DxDiag.txt". and send this to us as an attachment.

You can use cloud services such as Dropbox or OneDrive to make the file available to us and email the link to feedbacktrackeradmin@reallusion.com.

did you use dx11 mode ?
