Problem: After installing and activating the plugin I am unable to use the full services offline. My current situation does not allow for me to be online all the time. I have been working with your technical team for a couple weeks now and cannot figure out why this is happening. We think it is a bug that needs addressing.

Things I have tried: Working with tech team. Reinstall/Install (twice). "Activate entire library" while both on and offline. Keeping the program open while connected and then disconnecting from the internet seems to work until i close the program.

I do not know if this helps, but, the Support TicketID is 185579. If it helps to better explain. All options listed in the correspondence were tried.
