Not accept the textures maps and disappear some props from the scene menu
I have closed the eyes of the avatars and props itens in the Scene menu and renderized the plants.
Then I have closed the plants itens in the Scene menu and renderized the props and the avatars.
When I finished, the avatars appeared without right textures collors in the skin and eyes and hair. I noticed that the cloth had lost the original collors too.
I tried reiniciate 3 times the software Iclone 7, then I have made the uninstal and instal the Iclone 7.
I have tried to send the avatars from CC3, but I didn't had sucess. CC3 is OK, but Iclone does not accept and is still without inserting the textures map. Some props disappear from the scene menu.

Yes, as we have more Iclone softwares,  it was possible fix it compairing the configuration differences. I have sent you that we observed that configuration.
You should insert a default command for better and quick returnning configuration. Thanks

Hi,

Please check the setting in Preference > Real-time Render Options > Max Texture Size, 
I guess the value in your iClone is "1x1", please set as 1024 x 1024 (or higher) to see if it work normally.
PS. "1x1" is usually used when you need to save a lot of computer resources for render .
