I own Skin-Gen Premium for Character Creator 3, and it is said on the forums by an admin that upgrading to CC4 would allow updates to plugins for free, and this was specifically in regards to someone commenting on this problem RE: Skin-Gen Premium. I cannot get Skin-Gen Premium to update to CC4, it's not showing up in the Updates section in Reallusion Hub, though it does show up in my plugins when I have CC3 selected. Can this be fixed, or is it really $79 to re-purchase skin-gen just to use with CC4?
You need to contact support to resend the coupon for the free upgrade. They claimed it should have been in my account but I think the automatic system that generated them wasn't fully working.
