This can be observed both in iClone 8.4 and Character Creator 4.4:
After installing an older pack using the Content Manager, the items appear only white in the graphics window because there are no textures available. All items that were already installed work fine. Note that "City Elements - Downtown Metro Areas Vol. 1" worked fine in its original version and stopped after downloading the updated iProp files.
So far these failed: - Mantelpiece - Armed Forces and Industrial Interior - Terrorist Base - Animal World Vol. 2 - Household Animals - City Elements - Downtown Metro Areas Vol. 1 (after Update!)
These work fine: - Adventure Village Construction Set - Candy Heaven - City Elements - Downtown Metro Areas Vol. 1 (before Update!)

After verification, we have identified that the issue stems from the 'Performance' settings in 'Preferences.'
Please disable the 'Progressive Texture Loading' checkbox and reload your Props; the texture display should return to normal.
This problem has been reported to our engineers, and a fix will be implemented in future releases.
