Hi, David, Glad to know that you have got the refund. In addition to CrazyTalk 8, we have more 2D/3D animation software, you could try them first to make sure they are stable on your PC and that suits your need. Best regards, Reallusion
P.S. CrazyTalk Animator 3 looks even more interesting lol.
You are correct, I did buy it via Corel. CrazyTalk sales are integrated into Corel software (Painter 2019), but the Corel site doesn't have the mechanism for supporting Reallusion products, I assumed I could get help if Reallusion was working alongside Corel. My mistake. I found a support phone number for Corel and phoned them, and even their support staff initially referred me back to Reallusion, but after I produced the PayPal receipt showing Corel as the beneficiary of the software purchase, and a screenshot of Reallusion software being offered on the Painter 2019 splash screen, they could do little else than agree that I had bought it from them. Don't get me wrong, they weren't obstructive in any way, they just didn't realise that they were selling your program from their own software. Once it was established that this was the case, they acted really promptly (actually immediately) to refund me. I have now been refunded and have removed the software from my PC, so all is resolved now. My only disappointment is CrazyTalk 8 Pro was so unreliable. The idea behind it is great, but it clearly has stability issues, at least on my PC. Thanks for all your help. I will review the software again in a year perhaps, to see if it is any better. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all.
Hi, David, I am sorry, but it seems that your CrazyTalk was purchased from Corel or their redistributor? We don't have your purchase record here. I believe you should ask refund from the store where you originally purchased the software. Best regards, Reallusion
