Iclone7 Motion plus to 3DXchange fail

I cant get Motion plus exported from Iclone 7 to 3DXChanger. This message comes "load Motion Failed"
I have the character in 3DXchanger, taken from Iclone with the "edit in 3DXchange" button.
And I got the motion from Iclone imported ok.
I have used the Collect Clip and made the blue area to get motions
Just when i try Motion Plus, every time it fails...

For me even the base character from CC3 to IC7 and animation did not work. 

The issue is, that I need facial animations to Unreal, Expressions etc.

I can transfer motionplus to 3DXchange.Did it happen with all characters and all motionplus?If not,please provide your project file to help us identify the problem.You can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment.
