Motion Puppet Causing IC8 to Crash

Any time I try to apply motion puppet to a character, IC8 just shuts down. Have tested with multiple models.

AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3970X 32-Core Processor
Geforce RTX 3090
Windows 10
Nvidia 512.59 Studio Driver

OS: Windows 10
